Dr.U.V.Ramana Raju
Completed his MBBS from Rangaraya Medical College, Kakinada. Elected and served a social service secretary in the medical college, conducted several free medical and eye camps during his graduation. Completed his D.O From B.J.Medical College,Ahemdabad.Gujarat. He has immense interest in teaching and demonstrates surgeries and laser procedures to Postgraduate students, juniours and colleagues with shear passion. Dr.Raju has also received a certificate of appreciation from the Govt of Andhra Pradesh twice for his dedicated service to the visually challenged.
He has also established a trust in memory of his father which runs a free school for the visually challenged, conducts free camps in remote rural areas and promotes the awareness of eye donation in several public fora. The school, CVC, Which was started 8 years ago with 4 students now serves 35 students of which a few of them are pursuing their intermediate education also. 4 of our 1st batch have now settled in various government jobs and are happily leading an independent and dignified life like any other normal person. This, we consider as an ultimate achievement for any eye care provider.
He is the founder president of Ubhaya Godavari Ophthalmic Association and Managing Committee member of Andhra Pradesh Ophthalmological Society from West Godavari District

Dr. Madhu Uddaraju
- Finished his MBBS from JJM Medical College, Davangere
- Finished his Basic Course in Ophthalmic diagnostics in LVP-Zeiss International Academy, Hyderabad.
- Worked as an observer in comprehensive ophthalmology in L.V.Prasad Eye Institute, Vishakapatnam
- Worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator at L.V.Prasad Eye Institute.
- Finished his M.S in Ophthalmology from Narayana Medical College, Nellore with his Thesis on Microbial Keratitis which was selected by Academic and Research Committee of Andhra Pradesh State Ophthalmological Society for the Research Scholarship award and Grant.

- Participated in the Recombinant Human Collagen Biosynthetic Cornea Project as an international visiting Scholar in Linkoping University,Sweden under Prof.May.Griffith and Prof.Per Fagerholm
- Done a preceptorship in limbal stem cell based therapies in ophthalmology under Prof.Graziella Pelligrini and Dr.Virender Sangwan.
- Underwent Surgical training in SICS and PHACO in L.V.Prasad Eye Institute
- Presented several free papers and posters in AP state conferences
- Served as a Conference-coordinator for the 35th APOS Meeting.
- Delivered an instruction course on Limbal stem cell deficiency in 36th APOS meeting
- Nominated on behalf of Andhra Pradesh state for the AIOS national leadership development program

Dr. Satish Baddela MBBS MS
Visiting Vitreo-Retinal Surgeon
Dr. Satish has a rich experience in the field of Vitreo-Retinal surgery. He obtained his M.B.B.S degree from Guntur Medical College, Guntur in 1995. After working as General Practitioner for a few years he did his Masters in Ophthalmology (M.S) at Andhra Medical College, Vishakapatnam in 2002.
He went on to do his 2 years Surgical Vitreo-Retina Fellowship at the prestigious Aravind Eye Hospital and Post Graduate Institute of Ophthalmology, Madurai (2003 - 04) under the able guidance of World renowed Vitreo-Retinal Surgeons, DR. P.NAMPERUMALSAMY & DR. KIM RAMASWAMY. He worked as consultant and later Chief Surgeon of the "Department of Vitreo-Retina", Aravind eye Hospital ,Pondicherry until 2007. He joined Maxi vision eye hospital as consultant Retina surgeon until he joined Dr.K. Chandramohan to start the most well equipped and state of the art "MODERN RETINA CENTRE" at Vijayawada
